Honestly, the women’s tournament should be smaller. There’s not enough good programs to fill all these spots. But it’s fun if you’re one of them!

There is greater stratification in the women’s game but it’s within conferences as well. Top teams are farther apart from the next tier than in the men’s game most seasons. No reason they shouldn’t have just as many teams in the tournament though.

Very tough. If we beat Nova, we will probably have to go through Baylor and Louisville to get to the Final Four. Big ask to go 2-0 against those two.

Switched over to Iowa-Creighton until this is at half, and they showed a graphic of double digit seeds in the Sweet 16. In the 90s only 6, 00s only 8, 12 in the 10s. So parity has been increasing and an expanded tournament helps that. Just takes time.
