I mean… Are we serious here? We can’t inbound the ball…?
Yikes. She completely blanked
What is this loss going to do to Michigan’s NCAA tournament seed?
Hard fought game but too many tos and missed layups. Sound familiar?
That weak side was wide open for Nebraska in transition way too many times
Shouldn’t change that much, Nebraska was a projected 5/6 seed.
Wasn’t Michigan projected to be a two seed? With an early loss in the conference tournament I imagine they will drop down at least one seed line as other teams earn their way up the board with wins
Three projected 1/2 seeds lost in the quarterfinals today.
Rough night.
I didn’t even realize they had a game tonight, so my right to an opinion has some limits, but the Baylor tournament game last year was one of the only times I’ve ever been impressed with KBA’s in game coaching. I don’t know sometimes. Not great, folks.
I’m not too disappointed by the loss. Brown just got back, so not playing a few games in a short time span isn’t bad for her. Need a reset.
The women’s selection show is tonight at 8 PM on ESPN.
3 seed, playing American. First time we’ve hosted in the tournament (1-4 seeds host the first and second round games).
BYU-Villanova in the 6-11 game.
Potentially a rematch with Baylor in the Sweet 16 again.
I grew up on New Mexico Ave just down the hill from American U
Hopefully this doesn’t interfere with the men’s Tennessee game for attendance purposes
With all the hoopla of March Madness I didn’t see this posted on here, but it’s huge! Congratulations to Naz Hillmon!

And then, there’s this! If you haven’t seen it yet, please read it. Naz you’ve had an impact on this little old silver haired lifelong Michigan fan, too. You had an impact on, not only the little girls who have come up to you wanting to be like you, or people who “look like you,” you’ve had an impact on so many of us, white, black, young, old, women and men, little girls and little boys. You’ve had an impact on all of us who understand how special the college experience can be, how important it is to be part of a team, and the lessons one can learn and TEACH from basketball.
This has been a wonderful four-year experience in your life, but it is four years that will impact you, and through you, others, for a lifetime. I know that during your lifetime you will touch and have a great impact on so many people. You are “not a robot,” you are a human, and you are such an incredible human, with amazing skills, a great mind, a huge heart, and an ability to make such a positive difference in the world. It is GREAT…to be…a Michigan Wolverine! Thank you! Go Blue!
