Wow, Clouden is tough to stop…
I feel like 180 OEff is pretty crazy no?
KBA went on a looooong rant about last night’s NCAA Committee in the postgame. She called Warde to talk about how the women’s team was left out of the top 16 but not the men’s team, and also to push him to lobby for her team. Probably the most angry I’ve ever seen her. Also mentioned the last time her team felt this disrespected by the NCAA, they went on to win the WNIT.
Kind of inexplicable, no? Does the NCAA have any accountability, to anyone? Time for a principled rebellion against this garbage institution.
Is the women’s team being left out of the top 16 truly inexplicable like that? Genuinely asking, I have no idea.

Looks like we are 14 in NET, 2-1 Q1, 2-0 Q2, and 8-0 Q3/4. Strength of schedule is 144th. I’m guessing we need to pick up a few more Q1/2 wins to move up the seed line.
Other 4 seeds include Kentucky: 21 NET, 15-5, 5-5 Q1, 4-0 Q2, 6-0 Q3/4, 9 strength of schedule
Tennessee: 17 NET, 12-5, 5-5 Q1, 2-0 Q2, 5-0 Q4, 14 strength of schedule.
West Virginia: 22 NET, 16-3, 4-2 Q1, 6-0 Q2, 5-1 Q3, 1-0 Q4, 33 strength of schedule.
Indiana: 9 NET, 13-4, 2-4 Q1, 3-0 Q2, 6-0 Q3, 2-0 Q4, 83 strength of schedule.
Looking at their schedule, the women had eight conference matchups postponed – one twice (vs. MSU) – and now have made up two (at Purdue, vs. MSU), giving them of eight out of 18. They have five more scheduled and have a window between their penultimate game at Minnesota and their scheduled finale vs. Northwestern in which to probably get in two more games, giving them 15. 16 is possible if they try to cram one more in between the OSU rematch (2/21) and at Iowa (2/25). I don’t see any scenario short of back-to-backs getting them to 18.
Indiana homer refs tag Naz with 2 fouls in first 3 minutes.
Dang I didn’t know you could call fouls 5 minutes later. Luckily the refs didn’t actually call anything
Michigan women up 15-11 on #14 IU with around 3:00 left in the first quarter.
Emily Kiser is going to need to play the game of her career for Michigan to have a shot tonight with Naz presumably not play the rest of the first half. It looks like she’s up to the challenge so far
