Austin Davis gets a foul if he stands there and lets guys run into him. This one the help defender clearly didn’t stay vertical and hits the Baylor player in the face!
Not really, I’ve seen Austin lean into an offensive player due to his lack of athleticism. Watch the fouls he gets called for. The majority of it on defense are similar to this foul.
What else did he say about her?
I do not read MGoBlog, but off the top of my head, she suggested that parents cautious of sending their daughters to Baylor in light of the football sexual assault scandal were “abusing” the Baylor student body just as the victims were abused.
She also, according to Britney Griner, banned Griner (and others) from discussing their sexuality.
She also regularly does endorsements for free swag various companies send her (see her recent tweet about the free nordictrack she got from Dicks) in a sport where the kids can’t…
Mulkey is an offense to the profession.
Yep. Darn good coach but a real piece of crap
Baylor’s commitment to being morally abhorrent in nearly every conceivable way is really remarkable.
Yikes. She sounds nice.
I believe the exact phrase was, “If somebody [is] around you and they say, ‘I will never send my daughter to Baylor,’ you knock them right in the face.”
That itself was bad…the Griner stuff seems worse. One of the best players in their history basically has no relationship with Baylor because of the way her coach made her feel about her sexuality.
So Creepy. Everything I’ve read and seen of her makes my skin crawl. Reminds me of a basketball Jeanine Anez.
Man, the stuff you can learn here by simply posting a video of a play. I love this place (and I now don’t think much of the coach who I didn’t even know existed a few hours ago).
Yep. One of the prices of success. Good for Toyelle, though!
Looks like the Pac 12 fared pretty nicely in the women’s game, too.
The team is down two more people from the coaching staff. Danielle Edwards joined Toyelle Wilson at SMU and Wesley Brooks has left for Mississippi State.

Anyone hearing any rumors who Barnes arico will bring in as new assistant coaches?
I haven’t. It’s tough to find info on Women’s Basketball and recruiting.
I hope it’s the one who have good connections with in-state schools and travel teams and can recruit in that area. While KBA has her best recruiting class for '21 classes, she missed out on 5 top 50 in-state recruits so that should be an area of focus for her next assistant coach hire IMO.
