Just watching the game cast on ESPN. Why won’t Tennessee stop fouling?

Nice win! Both Michigan b-ball teams in the Sweet 16.

Both M teams Sweet Sixteen. It’s great to be a Michigan Wolverine!

It’s GREAT to be…a MICHIGAN WOLVERINE!

Less than 40% around the basket for Tennessee. Great interior defense which is surprising considering the Vols’ height advantage

That was a-MAIZE-ing!

Biggest win in program history! I’m so happy for them!

I just saw the worst charge call in either tournament in this Baylor Va Tech game :joy:

Worse than any in the men’s tournament, so quite an accomplishment! This Bickle on Baylor is a prolific diver, it seems.

(She just drew a legit one, but she needs a serious flop warning)

It looks like it will be Baylor vs. Michigan.

They’re not as good as they’ve been the past couple years but still, uh, very very good. I don’t give us a good chance but that’s why you play the games!

That’s awesome. Nice of CWebb to throw some love at the women’s team both in this post and in the Juwan interview.

I’m telling ya, Michigan basketball, at the moment, is the gift that keeps on giving! I’m sitting around feeling sorry for people who don’t have all this goodness to keep their spirits high.

That game was wild - it’s not often you see both teams dominate the offensive glass.

BIG looking to have four teams in women’s Sweet Sixteen:

Yesterday, when I was certain the women had the game locked up vs Tennessee, one of the all time great programs in Women’s Basketball history, I posted the comment, “I just lit my cigar.” Sane gave me a “'like” for the comment probably because he agreed and also because he understood the reference. I wasn’t sure everyone would understand the reference but I knew Sane did. Many of you know, though perhaps the majority of you, I’m sure, weren’t yet born when another all time great, Red Auerbach, used to light his cigar signifying victory for yet another all time great and historic team, THE Boston Celtics. So, I found this clip of Red from the archives. Here’s Red Auerbach in his own words.
