I know that Bartelstein has been suggesting this is health related, but it is still interesting. Supposedly he’s going to start workouts next week.
That’s definitely interesting news. I would love for that to be the case. Would be nice to get at lest 2 out of the 3 of Stauskas, McGary, and GRIII to go in the first round.
I’ll bet they all end up in the 1st round.
Will be VERY surprised if Mitch is not taken in the first round. This makes all the more sense seeing that Bartelstein is not parading him around like a show horse. In the draft the less they know about you the better ( Exum ). Everyone is afraid of missing out on the next gem, and really how many prospects have the intangibles that MM can bring to a team? He is a high reward pick and he will do all the things that the prima donnas in the league won’t. How many projected draft picks after the first 15 ( and that’s debatable ) can give you what a healthy Mitch can? Unless his medical issues are glaringly red flags he is ensured a guaranteed contract.
