Hard to believe that in two of these games we had a chance to break the game open and end up losing both because of ridiculous 1-1 iso offense periods.

Okā¦ trying to find a silver lining. Everything possible went against us in those last 2 minutes. Itās much better that happens now than next weekend. And if just 1 thing goes our way (McQuaid not going bonkers, Simpson hitting that, foul called) we win. Hope we can bounce back emotionally tho

There are no moral victories here.
People love to find grand narratives but with 2 minutes left we were up 60-55. Livers gets a pretty good look but misses, and X is wide open from 3 but misses. Make either and weāre probably holding the trophy.

Good things is maybe we got the guy going bonkers from 3 against us out of the way ahead of the tourney.
MSU is damn good. Izzoās best year of his career IMO. Michigan is damn good too. Lost three games that cost them two banners and that hurts. But this teamās legacy is far from decided yet. Tip your cap to another page in college basketballās premier rivalry and get ready for next weekend.

absolutely right. although they wonāt have much opportunity, they should keep these games in mind for what they need to improve. although its a lotta late now.
I have no desire to even watch the selection show now. This loss just plain sucks.
This is super upsettingā¦but hopefully this is a basketball crucible by fire for this team, and they come out better for it. Imo, the reason why it hurts so much is that we KNOW if this team plays their game, they can be anybodyā¦but thereās little room for error against the other good teams that are simply more consistent/disciplined; like gawdam sparty this yearā¦
