Much rather we schedule a legit team. Playing another mediocre to bad low major school doesn’t really tell us much at this point.

Makes sense with the Warde/UConn connection. Hopefully they’re going to fill the spot with another P5 team and not just settle for some random local school.

Duquense and Dayton would also be decent teams that have schedule openings.

Guys, are the UMHoops Forumflamers ready to step up? I know I can give us a predictable 20-25 mpg on the perimeter getting beat off the dribble and not stretching the defense.

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State will not practice on Monday and does not plan on traveling to Michigan for this week’s matchup with the Wolverines as part of the 2020 ACC-Big Ten Challenge, according to Pack Pride sources. This would mark the second postponement due to a positive COVID-19 test within the program after Saturday’s game against UConn was canceled.

At this time, the plan is for the Wolfpack’s game to be postponed, not canceled, as the two teams would potentially look to reschedule if possible. But if the Wolverines were to schedule a new game this week – which is rumored to be the case – they would have a full schedule and wouldn’t be able to play an additional game.

Loyola Chicago is a good call. They’ve only played once too and it wasn’t against a D1 school either so they should be motivated to get a game in.

Toledo and CMU are local teams that look available.
