Yeah, there was some projection that someone would take a step forward, but I don’t think anyone last year really showed anything that made that likely.

I mean, MSU can’t play much worse, but people got a little too excited about them after a win over a very mediocre Duke squad and a bad ND team (nationally and within their family base, not necessarily on this board). Most of the rest of the season they have looked pretty underwhelming
