With the Big Ten/ACC Challenge Matchups Being Announced in the Next Week or so, who Would you

Like to see Michigan play? Personally, I’d love to see North Carolina come to Crisler, but I don’t think it will happen since the Heels have played on the road in the Challenge the past two years. With that being said, I think we’ll play either Virginia, Syracuse, or Louisville. Regardless of who it is, I think we’ll beat our opponent (mostly because the game will almost assuredly be at Crisler). Thoughts?

Syracuse would be my preference.

Of the three you list, Syracuse would be my preference. I wouldn’t give us “top billing” of potential opponents in the ACC as we should expect some form of a step back early next season.

It seems to be assumed that Duke goes to Madison, but I’d pick Duke or 'Ville. I don’t usually enjoy watching 'Cuse games, but wouldn’t be bad.

I picked Syracuse mostly for their roster makeup.
I don’t want to see us face Duke or Louisville that early. haha
We could hold our own but I see a better chance of winning against Syracuse.

Syracuse would be a great game and any time these coaches meet it generates good press as JB coached at Lemoyne for 10 plus years. Lemoyne is in the Syracuse area for those of you not familiar.

Sounds like they should be announced this afternoon.

Very exciting. Something to start speculating about now that most of the 2014 rosters are taking shape.

SI reporting it’s Syracuse @ Michigan. As well as the other marquee matches.

Well, even though I voiced preference for two other teams, 'Cuse makes a lot of sense and should be fun. They will likely be a top-25 team, but so will UM, and we’ll be at home. Plus, they’ll be intergrating some new pieces too, so maybe our Italy trip will give us a leg up. And it’ll be a good excuse to relive that 2013 final four win.

Yep. It’s Syracuse http://www.umhoops.com/2014/05/01/michigan-face-___-big-ten-acc-challenge/
