It’s does. When I first scanned the list for our targets I totally missed him because I didn’t even start looking for his name until the mid-30’s.
I guess they really liked his improved shooting stroke at the NBPA100 camp.
I may be wrong, but in my experience, Scout is always out of sync with the other three services. I don’t value Scout’s judgment in terms of rankings as much as say ESPN.
Scout national guys aren’t bad but ESPN takes the cake with the addition of Telep a couple years ago I think.
I would slot Scout above Rivals though.

Agreed. I learned very quickly to take Rivals basketball recruiting coverage with a grain of salt when they actually dropped Trey Burke in their final 2011 rankings. While Rivals is easily the best recruiting site for football, they lag far behind in basketball. ESPN, Scout/247, then Rivals would be my order for basketball recruiting reliability and quality.
ESPN has the best basketball recruiting service by a bit of a margin, IMO.
