What stands out to me is the number of quality prospects Michigan is pursuing now. It’s kind of astounding. 9 of the top 60 players in 2015 means that could be a great class. What are others’ thoughts on the new rankings?
Blast, knew I forgot someone. I apparently cannot edit my own discussion post (at least going through “My Discussions” and hitting “Edit”) otherwise I would fix it.
Agree on Zimmerman, he looks like top 5 potential to me, and yes I would prefer Barefield over Edwards at this moment.
I understand that with only 25 spots for 2016 there have to be cuts, I guess I’m just surprised that someone who may be the best player in Michigan doesn’t make the cut. Hard to put too much stock in the projections 2 years out now anyway.
Ok ill go here: Finishing up the class '14 class will be Booker and Barnett in combination with our '15 of Brunson, Kennard, Bacon and one of the big C’s (Zimmerman, Stone, Thomas…ok ill say Zimmerman, yea I went there).
ESPN also updated their rankings for players outside the top 100. Ricky Doyle comes in as the #12 C which is just outside the top 100. It seems Coach B. has found another hidden gem.
