I’m not big on Wilson due to his tweener status(basically good enough to be a strech 4 on Offense, but not quick enough to defend the 3 or strong enough to defend the 4), as he is basically Smot 2.0 in my opinion, but I’m hard pressed to believe there are 50 better PF prospects. I think the kid is a borderline top 100 player, perhaps slightly below.
Could be that ESPN simply failed to update Grantham’s rating, as he was ranked with a grade of 79 and characterized as POST(meaning post grad school) for a good while prior to today’s rankings update. In any event, there is no way this kid is not a top 100 player. Film means more to me that any arbitrary ranking.

Like I said earlier, I was more impressed with Dylan’s recent scouting video than previous video I’ve seen of Wilson. The recent scouting video definitely shows some very good defensive play. Bottom line, I think there’s more up side with Wilson than I originally thought and he WILL add some muscle in college, if he doesn’t before then.
Bolden is criminally low. He has his 5th star from 247Sports. There is no reason he should be ranked outside of the top 50 other than a scouting service not doing their job.

Scouting services not doing their job is right. Who knows, if Grantham doesn’t go Blue, maybe they will continue pursuing him based on how the rest of the early signing period shakes out.
