Lousiville could have gotten the 2 for 1, instead they had a brain fart.
But we turn it over and give them the second possession anyways
Man had a chance for a lead there so to be down 3 is annoying.
But down 3 at the half is right in there. Can easily pull this out 2nd half

I’m really into this because even with 11 turnovers, they’ve generally understood the assignment and I’m impressed by that. They haven’t had that many flat out ridiculous, why did you throw that pass turnovers.
I really hope they can keep that effort up. I watched Louisville the other night and if you don’t give them home run turnovers, they’re not overwhelmingly talented. But we have to keep it going mentally for another 20.
Not saying she’s perfect and she tends to be turnover prone as well. But that’s partially due to her being able to make some plays. Rauch just can’t be out there and anytime the ball stays in her hands more than a couple seconds, we are in trouble. Keep Nolan in there more instead of Rauch. But then you’re probably turning PG duties over to Brown. Might work.

That interview with the Hall girl from Louisville touched my heart. She just seemed like such a sweet and unassuming little girl. She could be my daughter any day. Now, I don’t want her to score another point tonight, but a nice interview. And, yes, I AM just a soft hearted old grandpa of a guy!

It’s such a killer that we don’t have a top level point guard. The last possession where we couldn’t even hold for one said it all. If only we had a Shannon Bobbitt on this team! Or even 3/4s of one of her.

Much better first half than I had expected. Just gotta stop the live ball turnover and we’d be up.
I don’t know if you’ve seen much of this year but Dilk is way less secure all ball-handler than Rauch, and slower. Her injury just turned her into an offensive zero all year. Any value she has is on D.
This isn’t an endorsement of Rauch - guard ball handling is our weakest spot. I just don’t think Dilk is the answer in her current form.
Hoping for a big Ari Wiggins jump this offseason because our athleticism in the backcourt improves tenfold with her and Phelia at the 1-2.
