What do you mean?
I wondered about his athleticism. But one thing I never questioned about Poole was his craftinessā¦
He looks like a shorter, older Jett Howard!
This was actually yesterday, but I didnāt see it posted here.
This is awesome!
No Michigan players here, but I love the Heat culture - Haslem got in the game for first time this season and knows that heās in to make a statement of toughness. Love this, Dwight Howard is a punk every gameā¦all game.
Holy c-r-a-p, I had no idea Udonis Haslem was still playing! Dude has to be, what, 40?
41!
He really isnāt āplayingā. Something like 48 minutes in 3-4 years. Heās a franchise rabbitās foot - not sure why they donāt just make him an assistant instead of using a roster spot.
It has to do with his contract. Back in his actual playing days he got a massive offer, I believe from Dallas, that Miami couldnāt match under the cap with their obligations to James, Wade, and Bosh. But he agreed to a cheap hometown deal with the unpublicized understanding that the org would take care of him on the back end. That was over 10 years ago. Every year since the 2014 season he has signed a fresh one-year contract with the team for over $2.5 million per, which is obviously way beyond his playing value.
LOL! This video does a brilliant job highlighting the athleticism involvedā¦
Poole with 24 points and 5 assists in the first half against the Pelicans. Bad opponent, but could have a huge night.
Every time I look up, heās at the free throw line.
Truly a Beilein player.
Jordan āDoesnāt belong in an NBA rotationā Poole now up to 32 on 10/16 shooting at the end of 3 quarters.
The Warriors are completely locked into playing Memphis in the play-in game, but they are still playing for home court advantage in that so I suppose this game still matters despite the depleted Pelicans not exactly being the cream of the crop.
Iggy making the most of his tanking opportunity. He had 21 and 6 tonight.
JP finishes with 38, 6 and 4, including the game winning bucket.
I could very well be wrong (in my very offensive pronouncement that heās a fringe rotation guy for most teams right now), heās had a good 10 days or so at the end of the season which definitely prettied up his season-end numbers. Despite some peopleās perception of me, I hope he keeps doing well.
Clearly giving (my) honest opinion of how some of these guys are doing in the pros is upsetting people - I can stop if the posts arenāt welcome.
