Loss to Kent St did not hurt us in RPI, we remained at #36 (we were #37 on Monday, but passed Liberty who lost). We are consistently above the last four in, for all the main projections. 2 of 3 vs Osu keeps us ‘holding serve’ going into the BTT. Lally threw 75 pitches, so he may be spot relief on Saturday, and they start Quedens or Brantley?

KG mentioned that when his SAT score was enough to be eligible for college sports, his uncle allegedly hid it from him so he could go straight to the NBA.

We’re not moving up in the RPI this weekend without a sweep. Even winning 2 of 3 will result in about -27 RPI points. Losing the series (-81) or getting swept (-135) would crash it.

I believe it, but that surprises me. Taking 2 of 3 at home be Washington a few weeks ago had only a low impact.

Welp, last weekend we got mercy’d, then won the next two to win the series.
So far, we’ve only dropped from 36 to 38 on the RPI, but can’t afford to get swept.
Is this his 2nd daughter going to Michigan? I remember a few months ago that his daughter decided to go to UofM for volleyball.
I Googled it. It’s the same daughter and she signed back in the fall. I guess maybe he recently made that post and people thought it was breaking news?:

Yes, and Erin has already said Kapri will redshirt, as all three freshman did last year. There is a second, younger Garnett daughter who also plays VB and I believe is rated higher than Kapri. Not sure of her year or school preferences.

KG made the post yesterday and his daughter posted it on IG two days ago. Don’t know the context if he was just feeling in a Go Blue kind of mood or maybe there was some kind of honor/celebration for seniors graduating that just happened. Tis the graduation season.

I might be something at her high school. I do a lot of photography for a local private school and they have a Senior Run where all the seniors wear shirts/sweatshirts for the colleges they’re going to. Maybe it’s something like that?

Softball’s tournament game against Kansas is at 6pm and on ESPNU.
Well baseball lost the series (OSU’s first series win in AA since 1999) and the RPI is currently down to 45 (with more games left tonight). Hopefully they can salvage one tomorrow and then will probably need to get to the quarterfinals (ideally 2-0) on Friday to have a shot.
