In the locked thread, MattD mentioned that he would take Kentucky over the field. That is ridiculous. Yes, Kentucky is going to have the best team in college basketball, but there are some other really loaded teams. No single team is ever going to have better odds than the field, let alone when the field includes a Kansas team loaded with 5s and Andrew Wiggins, a Duke team loaded with 5s and Jabari Parker, etc. etc.
LOL - -Kentucky vs Field is ridiculous. That is exactly what UK advertises, but its stupid. NIT last year!!! and now they add freshman.
Yeah Cal’s system is flawed. He doesn’t sniff a title without the NBA lockout.

First off, I never said I would take Kentucky vs. the field. I simply posed a question to Dylan. In the future, it would be greatly appreciated if everyone would make a good faith effort to quote me correctly when attempting to rebut any point that I make. The exaggerations and assumptions often lead to pointless debate that could be avoided if my posts are simply read correctly.
And you are correct, NO team has good odds against the field, because math dictates otherwise. That being said, you concede in your own words that “Kentucky is going to have the best team in college basketball”. Taking that into account, wouldn’t it be logical to deduce that YOU believe UK has the best CHANCE of winning the NCAA Championship?
