Guys I’m scared
To be fair, it’s like a 20 second aside and the gist of the whole story is NOT that “Beasley is not guilty”, just that a clip on twitter isn’t conclusive proof of guilt.
They do note that on the bet that got flagged - under on Beasley rebounds showing massive shifts, the bet lost.
Now, I think the major takeaway here is that he, a complete moron (his anonymous teammate quote: “He’s a complete dumba$$ - I believe everything”, the reveal that he was spending “no more than” $100k/month on weed), was ensnared in a scheme with some dudes who were…complete morons, and executed a stupid plan.
Allow myself to quote…myself
Beal to the Clippers
So the Suns are really going to waive and stretch Beal over 5 years lollllllll
It’s crazy that Booker + Beal’s dead cap will be $75M-$90M/year over the next 5 years.
Had to be posted.
Colin “Silly Agendas” Excel
Ooooh… look who popped up in the replies.
I saw that when it was posted but decided I didn’t want the smoke
I mean, yaaaaaawn. Sam has weirdos in his menchies
Decent move for the Lakers:
BREAKING: Marcus Smart has agreed to a contract buyout with the Washington Wizards and intends to sign a two-year, $11 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers after clearing waivers, sources tell ESPN. A return to a grand stage for the 2022 NBA Defensive Player of the Year. https://www.espn.com/contributor/shams-charania/55244d2a07eeb?modifier=webview http://espn.com/app
See above, blocks are sticky and Danny is indeed getting blocks (which some of us suggested might be a strength of his…)
i am very surprised that the correlation on FT% was so low at .37
most guys just don’t take that many in SL
Holland being up there with a bunch of way older dudes seems like a nice sign. Esp. since the D values are so high. Not just ball go in.
There is a real progress for Holland. FT looks promising and 3 pt shooting looks promising. I feel decent with his FT shooting, but 3 pt remains to be seen. If he can shoot 35-36, I’d call it a win for Holland.
The Suns need to trade for Kobe
He shot 24% from 3 last year I think basically anything above that would be a win.
