SWAC teams having the chance to host a Pac 12 team is a pretty big deal. That’s the upside for the SWAC. Great to see more events like this being put in place including the game U-M did last year with PVAM. Not sure if that is continued this year or not.
Three SWAC teams get to host a Pac-12 foe this season.
- Colorado at Grambling State (11/11)
- Arizona State at Texas Southern (11/13)
- Washington State at Prairie View A&M (11/15)
It’s a four year thing, so I think every SWAC school gets a home game over the contract.
This Detroit vs Boston College ending is spicy!
Boston College the early leader for worst 2-0 team. Certainly at the power conference level.
This game is being played indoors.

Villanova down as well
They were pretty meh in their opener against UNC Wilmington, too.
Down goes Nova. This might be a rough year for them with this roster and Jay Wright
Turns out sometimes you’re an 8 seed for a reason
They’re not gonna be a classic Nova team but they’re missing some key guys
So Florida St is confirmed not good
Fair. I’ve heard some skepticism about Moore’s timeline and when/if he’ll be ready this year though, so if that’s true then I don’t think Whitmore alone saves them
#21 Oregon getting their brakes beat off at home by UC Irvine. Shoulda taken that return trip this year.
That’s Georgia right??? Right!!! Just in a different color of course.
Ducks lose together
Only down 20 with a few minutes left, they can get it back.
