If Nova isn’t really really good this year, Neptune is not the guy

Their starting 5 is all seniors. 3 of them being COVID seniors.

If you want to give another knock on Juwan, it’s that by years end we could be up there in getting the least amount of production from COVID guys. We had Eli and Joey Baker and JL.

That definitely has nothing to do with the fact that Michigan had a coaching change while recruiting the classes that make up a ton of COVID guys, right?

Yes most of it is out of Juwan’s control for sure. I guess more an explainer on why we are where we are more than a knock on Juwan

As far as Villanova goes, Neptune better have a good year this year. Got the bag together for good players, can’t have another mediocre year. It also isn’t a team that is just going to automatically be good IMO. Nice pieces, but the fit needs to be figured out.

If they aren’t good this year, there’s nothing left.

Creighton sources have been confident today that Trey will return, something could have changed but they’re still leaning he returns for one more year.

I’m interested to see how Neptune will do. I was not impressed by him. If Nova have a similar year as last season, I can see him gone.

Was long rumored to be headed to Arkansas…

But Ignite got the job done:

Would this hurt them for the Mara?

I think it has been expected. Mara has long been thought of as a UCLA lock, seems like there is all sorts of crazy drama with his contract, or non-contract, and being released from it by his club. They are upset and seemingly don’t want to let him go.

Knecht and Ledlum could not have expected that

One of them may want to back out…

Amazing what nil can do, we are told how 4 guards is too many but these sec schools stack talent on talent.

Can they back out with the portal closed? Only way would be if they are grad transfers

if cody williams is the top 5 pick some think he could be, this is a sneaky really good team next year

I believe both are grads.

Ledlum left Harvard after four years (only played in three due to COVID) and Knecht played two years of JUCO ball before his two at UNCO.
