Impressive offensive display from Cassius. Doesn’t have the elite speed/athleticism/finishing ability that Thornton has, but a better shooter, and Winston certainly has good court vision. As I’ve mentioned before, lethal stepback jumshot as well.
For those of you in the local area that may not be familiar with Detroit summer league ball, you can catch Cassius (and UD) at the Boys and Girls Club in Detroit (corner of Michigan Ave. & Livernois) in the Holy Trinity Summer Basketball League - varsity games will be played today, in addition to Mondays and Wednesdays from June 23-26 and July 7-10.
