Quite a few of those 9 aren’t freshmen.
Yeah. Wonder if we may want to test the brakes.
Yeah I’m not expecting next year’s team to be top 10 in the country though
Well, November/December is not January or March. This MSU win will age well.
I am expecting undefeated national champs
True.
Also, I could be wrong, but aren’t Steward and especially Johnson seen as as OAD’s?
Yes, but so are Diabate and Houstan?
Yeah - wasn’t drawing a distinction to us. Just noting that these guys don’t lack OAD talent.
Johnson is for sure. Steward is a maybe, but I don’t think it’s a sure thing. And if Steward goes OAD, he certainly isn’t a lottery pick
Yeah, there’s a big difference between surefire OAD (doesn’t actually say that much about how good you are) and surefire lotto pick (means you are a lock stud).
The Athletic has Steward and Johnson at 18 and 19. Then Moore and Hurt as 2nd round picks
Yeah, we will see later in the year. I think Johnson is higher and Steward/Moore are lower by year’s end.
Brakefield just flexed an and-1 down 11 with 1:47 to go
Duke and Indiana looked like the same team today. Pure bricks from 3 but they couldn’t even make 2s either.
He lowered his shoulder but good Lord, Loyer is diving to the floor when he makes radar contact
Little late but i audibly cracked up when the announcers were talking about covid and how Izzo has been an avid mask wearer and the camera cut directly to him yelling out plays with his mask pulled down.
Almost said the exact same thing
Wouldn’t even know Langford, Brown, and Bingham were on the team tonite. And they still win easy.
I think I finally figured it out. I root against whichever coach they compliment more in the broadcast.
But yeah State looked really good, especially Rocket
