2024 NBA Playoffs Thread

I don’t even want the #1 pick this year. Feels like a draft like 2013 where you are doomed either way and if you have the top pick there is going to be enormous pressure on that player to be great even if it’s unfair because he likely would not be a #1 caliber player in 98% of drafts.

Everyone remembers the Anthony Bennett, Kwame Brown picks, but nobody remembers the busts that were drafted after them.

Anthony Bennett was exceptionally bad, but look at the players taken after him. They didn’t get nearly as much shyt as he did even though there were several other washouts and the best high picks topped out as role players. Bennett may have been better off not having the pressure of #1

Or to have a better trade asset.

Yeah I think Sarr and Risacher could be really good. Need a top 2 pick for Pistons :crossed_fingers:

Rissacher is the best one for the Pistons by far imo.

No lottery luck Pistons 5

Thank you Adam Silver for rigging it against us 3 years in a row

Raptors lost their pick to the fightin’ Wembies.

Y’all literally won the lottery :sob::sob:

Hold on wait the hawks won!!!” Hahahahah

Hawks get the first pick when their star player has expressed displeasure…:thinking: seen that before

@DMB_Dad’s TV now somehow has a hole in it not sure how that happened :rage:

Why was the lottery Mother’s Day afternoon?!

What’s the timetable on OG Anunoby’s return? Can’t see the Knicks winning this series without him.

Yeah I thought it was tonight until I started getting a barrage of text messages about after it already happened

Pacers covering today

Knicks can’t afford to be without OG. They don’t have the depth to withstand one of their core being out

Esp with Randle and Mitchell Robinson out too. Pacers have caught some good injury luck this post season.
