That’s fair. I don’t listen to Nugs media just believe Murray is integral to their success. Jokic wasn’t great first 2 games. Gordon was good early in game 2 but nobody else did anything.

I really don’t care about the lottery because it’s such a bad draft. Sarr would be a mid to late 1st round pick in a normal draft IMO.
Ideally, the Pistons would trade down and draft a prospect who can space the floor.

IMO, if the Pistons take Sarr, I would have to imagine they would need to trade away Duren. My issue with Sarr is he’s a non-shooting big who is a meh rebounder at best. Sarr is a better rim protector, but if he were to succeed, he would need a big next to him and be able to be a threat from the perimeter. I know that JJJ is his most common comp but JJJ is a much better shooter. If they draft Sarr and keep both Duren and Sarr, there would be zero spacing on offense.
I find it insane that the Pistons haven’t hired a new POBO yet but at the same time, it’s not surprising because Gores is an absent owner.
Trading away the future 12th best center in the NBA seems whatever at this point
I know this draft is viewed poorly, but those estimations are often wrong, there will absolutely be good players in this draft (no idea who!). Rissacher in particular looks tasty to me.

Jalen Williams was taken 7 spots after Ivey. Do you think he’s that much more talented, or do you think he ended up at a franchise that knows what it’s doing?

There’s also about a bajillion minutes to hand out when your team is bad. Duren and Sarr would barely have to play together and they’d still play a ton. Each could play 2500 minutes and all 82 games and they’d only have to share the court 6 minutes a game.

Yeah I mean that’s my point - you can draft Sarr if you think he’s the guy and keep Duren and just let it work itself out. I don’t know if there is a ball dominant guard at the top of the draft but if you think he’s the best guy, take him let him fight it out with Cade
