The day that Stephen Curry retires will be a sad day for the NBA. Fun player to watch and casually root for. I would have loved being a Warriors fan. So many cool eras.

Forget where I saw it but there’s been like 2 years ever where both the Warriors and Kings have made the playoffs? Both teams have reeeeally gone thru droughts. Everybody knows the Kings finally made the playoffs after missing every year since 2007. But the Warriors went to the playoffs once from 1995 to 2012 and even before that those Mullins teams weren’t a slam dunk to make the playoffs.

I didn’t realize Sabonis was this strong. He’s really moving Looney with those shoulder bumps.
Kings just have a lot more shotmakers on the floor in a typical stint. Looney just doesn’t give them enough on either end.
Looney moves the ball. He’s a good connector. Has a bunch of assist off the short roll.
Looney was really important for them in the finals last year
Sometimes the small lineup has too hard a time rebounding
Tangentially, Murray has been quite good today

Looney def not bad it’s just a lot harder on the offense when you’re giving up a shotmaker and he doesn’t give you a lot of those easy wins a true 5 gives you on D.
Really hoping to see a nice stint from JP here without Steph.
Sabonis is an amazing defender. Just outstanding.
Yeah I think Looney “fixed” lots of their problems in the finals because he’s a unique unicorn more than tall guys rebound gud
