And on top of it all, he reclassifies to 15, meaning Murray can presumably go there in 16...............
Smith’s got to be the front runner in '16, no?

Good point…hard to get a guage on Smith

Really hard, I heard simultaneously that everyone expects him to end up there, but that he wasn’t “feeling the love.” shrugs

Lamonte Turner thinking of moving to 2015… Probably means he’s not a major option for U-M http://zagsblog.com/articles/img-point-guard-lamonte-turner-looking-to-reclass-to-2015/
That’s interesting Dylan…seems we’ve seen more reclassifying this year than I can ever remember? Trend? Coincidence?

I think part of it is frankly the depth/quality of 2015 PG options was much lower than 2016 and in general lower than average. But that was just my opinion.

Plays along with the prep school thing IMO. So many kids go to prep and essentially reclassify down a grade – either because of grades or they want more interest. If they realize in April they can skip another year of it because there are all of these schools desperate to add talent – and somehow they have the credits to do it – why not accelerate the process, I guess.

Michigan keeping close eye on 2016 PG Quentin Goodin in Indy this weekend. He'll visit AA again, per his father. http://t.co/bU1CV046vd

Impressive showing by Hoop Dreams 2016 G Quentin Goodin. Best I've seen him look in 2 years. Engaged on both ends. #AdidasUprising

Quentin Goodin putting together a nice floor game on both ends for Hoop Dreams against Game Point (GA). Has made jump shots too.

Quentin Goodin needs to apologize to the rim for that. That isn't attacking the rim. That's assaulting the rim.

Sounds like Beilein and co. are turning up the heat again on Goodin, which I’m very OK with.
In my opinion, I like Goodin more as a 2 way player than Winston, irrelevant of what the rankings say. Winston is more of high floor, low ceiling type, whereas Goodin’s ceiling is almost unlimited.
Lamonte Turner not an option
That I will reclassify up to the 2015 class and enroll in college this fall… I will announce my college decision tomorrow around this time!

New film on Winston from EYBL
Mychal Mulder to Kentucky. Don’t think it means much for Brown but a good pickup for them. Could conceivably affect the decision of his fellow-Canadian combo guard Murray, as they have similar games and UK is now pretty deep in guards with Briscoe, Ulis, and Matthews. On the other hand, it could be a draw. He’s a sharpshooter and I wouldn’t be totally surprised if he replaces Booker’s production on the perimeter. Moving on…
Nick Ward (6’8" 2016 C) just committed to MSU. Rivals had him as the 47th ranked player overall. In an interview tonight he said he will work on getting Cassius Winston to MSU

Izzo is killing it on the recruiting trail right now.

Ward and Swanigan are gonna be a nightmare, shorter but tough in the post. Oh and don’t forget Davis. Yep, Izzo is crushing it.
