Pretty sure Florida got a forward commit from the 2016 class. Don’t know what that truly means for Leaf but I find highly unlikely he ends of there. Zona has to be the team to beat.
Yep, im going to do it this time. Like I said Leaf isn’t coming to UM, Despite what others here had to say about me and my opinion.
I will not be us if Leaf decides so soon. But who knows, he has more than a year to change his mind.
The staff did everything they could to land him. Pretty clear now that we are out of the picture. Arizona makes a lot of sense. Elite program close to home. Only possible pitfall is loaded roster.
I’m sticking with my claim that PointGuard U is generally reliable, I think Leaf ends up at UA today.

Florida or Arizona for Leaf seem like the safest bets. I think I’m currently more inclined towards Florida, but we will see.
Leaf to UA is my guess
Leaf canceled his trip to Duke right after visiting AZ, Sean Miller is a great recruiter and AZ is close to Leaf’s home and has a long history with California kids. I don’t always put a ton of stock in this, but 78% of 247’s crystal ball shows AZ, nobody has picked anywhere else in the past month. Not much need for any inside info to guess the most likely outcome here. Too bad, think he’d be a great 4 for Michigan.

Sean Miller has been killing it on the recruiting trail these past couple years.
In my opinion, Sean Miller is the best Coach/Recruiter in the country that has yet to win a national title. I will be surprised if he doesn’t get his in the next five years or so.
Matta is pretty darn close too. Same with JB - a better coach than recruiter but certainly we’ve gotten some nice players in the last 4/5 classes.
Miller worked for Matta at Xavier, might’ve learned a few things. Side note: I think MIller gave JMo his first college offer…

Another one we have led on, only to be deceived? Sure hope Sam Webb doesn’t think we are in a great position for him. Kennard, Booker, Leaf, Battle, DTJR?..
Really hope Michigan can pull in Towns.

I think we have a decent shot with Towns. Academics are big with the Towns family, it’s not just BS with his camp. Im a fan of his game, hopefully the early “love” will pay off
