Michigan Players in the NBA

Caris is compliant and a good match for KD, the bigger question is can he play with Kyrie?

Jimmy Butler figured it out in Miami…give up the rock during the regular season to the open man. In the playoffs, slash to the open space because my open man is a threat from three!

PJ Tucker showing right now why Juwan would flash a picture of him when his team was on defense.

That’s who I’d trade, if I were the Nets.

Durant is the GM in NJ. Kyrie is his chosen partner.

The better Miami plays the more confidence I have in Juwan and where he came from. I was never a big Spoelstra fan but he has proven he can coach and without the big stars. Michigan can be a powerhouse as long as JH stays but coming out of the Miami organization will only increase his value at the next level.

Robinson on fire right now. 20 points with 6 threes. He’s getting face-guarded too, it’s crazy how much attention he draws when he’d locked in.

Duncan is most likely checking out here as he isn’t a part of the closing lineup, but he has played 37 minutes (of 41 available) in a playoff game. The guy is constantly sprinting without the ball, very impressive stuff.

This is a great game even without Giannis. Hope Duncan gets some run in OT and continues his hot shooting.

I like Herro and would choose him for my team for the next five years over Robinson, but I for the life of me can’t figure out why he closes over Robinson right now. Spo must think he’s a better defender, but I think Robinson’s defense is a bit under-rated (hes fine, not bad - he makes up in size and strength what he lacks in athleticism) and Herro while a superior athlete is clueless.

Maybe he is a little more on-the-ball juice? In this lineup though he’d be a third option behind Butler and Dragic.

Want to be clear I typed this prior to reading an actual knowledgeable person’s tweet.

Honestly I really liked ellenson, ouch. Was pretty off on that. At the same time I knew levert was a lottery pick in a weak draft and worth the injury risk. . I’m sure only Michigan fans were really on that though.

Ellenson seemed okay on paper. Projected as a top-10 pick in some mocks so he seemed like he might be a steal. In hindsight, I guess there was good reason for him to drop.

Duncan had a very good game last night, BTW.

I have to give Herro credit for his big shots down the stretch, but prior to that time I saw a bunch of off balance missed shots and overdribbling.

Then again it’s the NBA and no one really cares as long as those shots go in and he doesn’t get the ball stripped.

I missed this in August…Jimmy Butler sticking up for DR.

Yeah well, KD just picked out the coach. So if KD like Caris, and this seems to be the case, Caris is staying.
