They did a whole Michigan drop in addition to the bball ones.
Do have to warn about Homefield though, itās not the same company it was over a year ago. They are printing on their own at higher prices and a reduced quality shirt and the turn times are outrageous, grabbed an Oregon t-shirt for a friendās bday who is an alum which was ordered on July 15th, printed on August 2nd and shipped yesterday. The one I ordered for the March Madness bracket winner took FOREVER as well so it wasnāt a one time thing.
I used to love that company, I would take a bat to anyone who talked ish about them, but they have totally changed and are pumping out so many designs, most of which are lackluster and rushed, that they have hit a quantity over quality which is a bummer because that company used to be special. That 50/50 blend they are pushing is garbage and shrink like crazy when washed for a higher price than the old higher quality shirts. Also the drops used to be legit and unique, now you can tell itās just copied from school to school like Nike soccer jerseys in World Cup season.
But still unique, I just canāt recommend them anymore and that Oregon one was my last t-shirt or hoodie order with them and I legit probably have 60+ homefield version 1 shirts/hoodies/pants in my closet before they switched vendors.
I have noticed one of my shirts from them has shrunk almost to being unwearable
Have you gotten any hoodies since the vendor switch? If so, is it smart to go a size larger now? Asking for someone who has a liiiiitle bit of a gut
Youāll want to upsize on everything probably, way noticeable in the sleeves after a wash. The shirts and hoodies are a bit wider now after the switch, old medium was 19 across, itās 21-22 now so not sure. For tall people, I think itās more of an issue. They continue to have amazing customer service though so if you need to switch out for a different size, wonāt be a problem.
Iām hoping Homage picks up a Michigan line, Mitten State better quality than Homefield at this point and in a perfect world, Roots of Fight jumps into the collegiate line. Mitten State should be pushing out their M hoodies for the year this month so I would wait on that (but maybe not, they seem to have pulled all the fleece from the site), but if you are absolutely set on Homefield, size up for sure and try to air dry it.
I was going to buy some of the Roots of Fight āKronkā shirts as a gift for my trainer. Heās really into boxing. I thought about getting a āHitmanā Hearns hoodie from them when they had āem.
Iām not brand loyal, Iām comfort loyal. Doesnāt sound like Iāll be a Homefield guy anymore. Thank you for the great advice!
Homage used to have Michigan. Got a few nice shirts from them. Not sure why they dropped Michigan but wouldnāt be surprised if Ohioans threw a hissy fit after football finally got over the hump in 2021. They still sell other Big Ten teams.
Thereās a handful of their Michigan stuff on eBay.
I love the Roots of Fight products. Really want them to get a Lennox Lewis line. They told me theyāre working on it but hitting walls because he sells his own stuff through his site.
Anytime. If youāre not just looking for a Michigan one and want a comfy fall hoodie, check out Roots of Fight for sure. For that $70ish price range, I think they are putting out the best product right now. They run a little roomy so sizing should be right on.
I donāt know about Mitten State with fleece, seems like they are all pulled from the site so that would suck because they do the best Michigan zip hoodies. Lululemon ones on Mden are too rich for my blood, anything over $150 on a hoodie and I am out, but those might be really good.
Nike Pegasus dropped the collegiate line. Michigan ones are alright. Somehow Texas the only ones that didnāt get saddled with a mostly white look. Iām too clumsy for white mesh, Iād 100% have these things ruined in two weeks so hard pass for me.
Mitten State M collection for the year. Hoodies are coming this fall, guess they were having issues with their vendor so switched and in waiting mode. Just t-shirts for now.
Really want this shirt but Iām hesitant because of the quality discussion here.
I still like Homefield stuff, personally.
I still love their designs. Shirt quality is absolutely down from their initial run (though sometimes if you purchase one of their early designs, you might get one of the old shirts).
If you hit up their support and ask if they have a V1 in stock for something you want, they will send it out for you.
Iād say just go for it if you like the design. They arenāt ābadā shirts or anything, just try and keep them out of the dryer if possible.
Thank you! I really want this shirt so Iām going to try this. Much appreciated.
Always order a size bigger with homefield
