I said that in an open thread during a game lol obviously it means today
The first one was ridiculous, that one was probably the right call.
While I agree with the sentiment of the comment, Simpson isnât the only one playing hard. Johns is having an outstanding game, including one of very few made threes.
Edit: and I thought big country was playing pretty damn good too.

Was literally just an observation after I saw him miss a hook and floater badly. Wasnât supposed to be a shot at him and am surprised the comment was analyzed so much and hurt a lot of people.
Idk man. This is the time in a loss when that portion of our fanbase who are anti Simpson start to come out of the woodwork and your comment seemed a lot like those. You make a comment to call out the one player probably doing the most for our team just seems a bit off base.
We are all feeling his pain.
I believe the deficit was 7, give or take a point, when Simpsonâs strip was whistled a foul and both free throws were made. That felt like a potential hinge moment.

Castleton should be out of the rotation need to play Bajema and give Teske, Davis most time at 5 with Johns getting a few and give him a chance he just does not do anything real well. Bajema can at least give a spark on offense even with Livers today Michigan would not have won this game with no help from Brooks, Dejulius or Wagner they need to be more consistent to be a good team.
Johns has passed up 3-4 open looks at 3 for a ball fake long 2 and a few drives.
Iâd prefer he take the open 3s heâs proven he can shoot them at a decent clip and it really helps space the floor.

I guess I didnât realize I had to take so much into consideration when commenting in an open thread. Next time I will be sure to point out every other playerâs shortcomings on that day before I say anything about Simpson (Who I love by the way)

I know the step back was DDJâs bread and butter in high school,but when he steps back a 3, Ijust cringe.
I appreciated the soft troll the radio broadcast had on the Sparty fans chanting MVP. No MVP in college basketball.
