M tried to run a Purdue-style play to get Eli an open look from 3. Got wide open and missed it. Nobody on this team can shoot on the road.

Although there is a desire to establish Teske in the post, Brooks and Wagner seem to fade away from the offensive game plan. They tend to get passive in deferring to Simpson and Teske.
This is just Winston/Tillman vs Simpson/Teske. Both duos are playing great with the former a little better. Then add in home court boosting MSU role players vs Michigan role players, and here we are.
The way this has played out, I think you would like Michigan over MSU with Livers playing. Road today or neutral.

Other than X and Teske—and Davis today— the others aren’t ready for this kind of road game. Get back home with a healthy Livers and it should be different.
