I know everyone likes to make these jokes but shouldn’t it be a good thing that Georgia Tech was hammered for pretty egregious violations if you want to see the same for some other schools? Cheating still counts if you lose.

Yeah I know the quote. Just don’t really understand it in this context.
Schools like Georgia Tech and NC State are generally the ones who are going to have to cheat more often and more brazenly.
A full postseason ban for this type of violation is unusual. Now, it will be interesting to see what the NCAA does with the NC $tate’s and Kan$as’.

Can’t speak for everyone, but I think that the jokes hint at everyone’s sense that the bigger players rarely see justice while the smaller fry catch it. Don’t think too many of us feel that justice shouldn’t be served to all.
That said, the joke/meme may have run its course!
