Disappearing Jordan Brown and bringing in NaeQuan Tomlin seems to have ruined Memphis. 188th in adj D since adding Tomlin.
Four-game losing streak to USF, Tulane, UAB and Rice. Woof.

There goes one of our good losses for the March Madness committee to consider!
Jordan Brown is back fwiw
Monster win for UF at Kentucky. Pullin with 21 points, 7 dimes, 7 boards and two steals in 42 minutes. Guy is a wizard at drawing fouls.
Kentucky is shorthanded, but that’s huge for Florida making the tourney.
That’s going to help offset the Memphis loss tonight to give Michigan a quality Florida loss come tournament time
A redwood grows every time Kentucky loses. Earth wins.
One of these days I’ll log on here and see a Tulsa four factors game. They’ve won 3 of last 4!
Waiting for one more to end so I can make a bad joke and go to bed.
29 points for Scoop Bates tonight!
… with six turnovers in a non-competitive home loss to a crappy Arkansas team that was 47-28 at the half after Bates went 1-6 from the floor in the first 20 minutes!
Watching Florida hang with then beat Kentucky made me wonder how we ever hung with the Gators a month and a bit ago. I missed that game. Have we gotten that much worse or has Florida gotten that much better?
Kentucky was down two starters. Dug dropped 33. Florida has gotten a bit better, and Michigan has gotten a lot worse.
The thing with Michigan is literally that the only way they can win is with insane shot making.
Michigan is 6-0 when it scores 1.2 PPP, 1-14 when it scores under 1.2 PPP.
Watching games, at least one team in every game has a quality portal obtained guard. Somehow, Juwan could not attract one to Ann Arbor.
He definitely attracted one, he just spent a month with him committed even though he couldn’t enroll.
Indiana is in a near identical situation to Michigan, FWIW.
And MSU just refused to add a useful player at the 3 or 5 when it potentially could have had deep NCAA Tournament upside. Crazy to me.
Agreed. Mussolini a more apt reference.
Just in case anyone wants to read up on his recruitment from 10 years ago
DePaul put up a 65 adjusted offensive efficiency last night, scoring 39 against Seton Hall.
They were 8/30 from 2 (5/19 at the rim!), 3/20 from 3, and turned the ball over 13 times
it’s good to get your heart rate up with exercise a few times per week, though, so not a total waste of time
Wish Michigan would have scheduled DePaul. When was the last time Michigan played DePaul?
I feel like this wkend’s game vs Rutgers will be the equivalent of watching DePaul vs Georgetown. Yikes.
