MSU is gonna play Northwestern without Nance, Wisconsin without Wahl, Illinois without Kofi back to back to back
And lose all three
Oh no not Wahl… but for real I hope Kofi is back
4 Sparty tos in 4 min.
By 4 different players!
But also 2 threes from Bingham and Christie who must be 30% combined
Sloppy game so far for MSU and UW.
Classic week in the B10 as MSU loses to NW, Purdue loses to Indiana, and Illinois loses to Maryland. Let’s keep it going Sunday with an upset at IU.
This turned into a buttockz kicking. Very impressive by MSU
Wow can’t even say b u t t
I actually think Wahl woulda made a big difference as funny as it sounds. All their other Wahl lookalikes have no hands, can’t finish layups and generally look totally overwhelmed at all times. It was 2 on 5 tonight.
Underwood is so angry at Michigan. Meanwhile he’s bros with izzo.
Yet, he choked away a win at home in 2020 against msu that would have given him a share of the title.
Choked again in 2021 against a terrible msu team in a game that again cost him the title.
Now he has msu at home. And is gonna be without Cockburn in another game that could likely play a role in his conference title.
But yeah, he’s big mad at Michigan.
Seeing Maryland spanked Illinois makes me bitter we didn’t have hunter in that matchup. Really could have used that road W and I think this team could have done it.
Illinois is solid but they still looked very beatable/ suspect , and Maryland confirmed that. Maryland wasn’t very good imo so to lose by 16 even on the road in the big ten is ugly.
Lets hope everyone finds their niche and A game here down the stretch because there is a lot of games to be played still and a nice little hot streak could get us back on the tourney radar for sure as there are a lot of nice resume builders in the mix that are at the same time beatable if Michigan plays well.
Need some consistency and confidence.
Game summary. MSU was aggressive and physical against Wisconsin. The Badgers wilted.
True…but you could also say “Johnny Davis shoots 8-for-20 and Tyler Wahl doesn’t play”
Nice to see Rutgers staying on brand this year. Pretty wild that Michigan isn’t far from the top offense…it hasn’t felt that way at all. I know, I know…matchups and sample size. But still.
MSU’s aggressive and physical D forced Davis into a lot of tough shots. There’s a reason why he shot poorly. Wahl was a loss, no doubt.
I hope people are watching Willis go nuts against Rutgers, playing with 4 deep bench players.
Ben Johnson looks like he’s going to be a far better hire than projected. Also seems like a good guy His openness and fairness in his post-game press conference reminds me of Matt Painter.
The B10 chaotic week continues with that win my an undermanned Minnesota team beating Rutgers. Let’s keep the upsets going tomorrow. IU doesn’t scare me…though our streaky defense does.
