Anyone worth pillaging from

Florida via Transfer, in light of the possibility that Billy Donovan moves to the NBA? Brandone Francis maybe?

umm no please. Anyone with transcript issues Beliein stays away from http://www.alligatorarmy.com/2014/10/15/6983945/brandone-francis-academically-ineligible-florida-gators

Devin Robinson was a guy Michigan recruited… but not sure we have room for anymore 6-7 combo forwards.

Most notable way this could affect Michigan is the recruitment of Quentin Goodin. I’ve heard Florida may lead right now. Still may mean he would go to Louisville or somewhere else but would give Michigan a better shot if Florida is out of the equation

I am more interested with the potential coaching carousel associated with Donovan potentially leaving. Who would they go for, Marshall?

Archie or a Donovan retread.

Jeff Capel.

Pitino Jr.? (Not that I would endorse that one if I was a UF fan)

As a UF student, I really hope Billy doesn’t leave. But if it happens, I will take any coach over Pitino Jr. I can’t stand him or his on-the-court antics.

What has Pitino 2 done to merit the slightest consideration for the coaching position at Florida? Two bad seasons at Minnesota?

I don’t disagree Windsor! But what did he do to deserve the Minnesota job? I wouldn’t be surprised to see his name thrown around.

Hmm, good point. I guess I assumed Minny wanted to take a chance on him based on his name alone. Now that the experiment failed, I can’t imagine that he’s a hot commodity. Well, except in the sense that his seat is starting to get warm in Minneapolis. Personally, if I were a Minny fan, I would want Tubby back.

List of candidates…

Noah Dickerson decommits from Florida.

Can’t remember did we recruit him?

He camped two (maybe three?) years ago, but never got an offer. I understand the idea to add size to this year’s roster, but he’s more of an undersized big or a true power forward.

Looks like Kevaughn Allen might decommit as well. Ranked 54th in espn and he is a SG

Any chance they consider taking a grad-transfer big for this year? Or would they just keep Max before bringing in somebody new? One injury to a big could put us in a precarious position. But I don’t really see them bringing in another four-year player at this point. Dickerson does look nice and strong, though.
