Nice that he chose SC, home ties are undervalued sometimes. Hope it works out for the young man.

I don’t know anything about South Carolina basketball, and granted, they are a DI school, but IMO they should put the ball in Dozier’s hands from day one and not look back. Let him carry the team.

Oh well, what’s done is done.
But the need to land some real playmakers in 2016 cannot be understated. If we want Michigan to compete for National titles, they’ll need to start closing out some of these recruiting battles.
I think recruiting priority #1 for 2015 is recruiting LeVert to stay for his senior year.
I don’t think the staff operates that way. If it’s in Caris’ best interests to declare, then he’ll declare.

I don’t think it works that way and I wouldn’t get your hope up in any event. Caris will do what is best for him. We need both a top quality PG and a wing player who can create in 2016 and so far I don’t think we lead for any of our top targets. This may turn out to be JB and co’s most important recruiting class to date. Time to start closing.
Sky is not falling, maybe the opportunity to step in and play right away will get us Jaylen Brown or someone else will surface in the Spring.
I agree the sky is not falling…yet. But how many times can we lose out on an upper tier, multi faceted recruit before the sky is falling? At some point, if you don’t replenish the talent, the production will decline…
