Also might have been tough to fit in for both teams. Michigan had a week between the N’W and Maryland games. But in that same time frame, Illinois had 4 games in 9 days.
The men’s games that were postponed this year were in early January. A month and a half to make it up. Women only had about three and a half weeks to find a way to reschedule. And it might just not have worked out.
They should throw the first game of the tournament against Nebraska and schedule the game against Illinois for Sunday.
I see arico is making excuses again. If they would beat bad msu and nw last week they get title. They choked it away. I won’t be surprise if they get bounced Friday. That’s arico teams I know in the past.

Shouldn’t have lost to MSU or Northwestern. Michigan still has a chance to prove they are the best team in the Big Ten. Just win the BTT. They certainly are capable of pulling it off if they play their best.
With Brown just getting back, I’m honestly fine with not having a deep run in the BTT. We should host first and second round games regardless. Go for the banner, but if we don’t win, I won’t be disappointed.
Really would have liked to avoid having to play Iowa again before a potential BTT championship game, though. Winning the conference would have put the team on the opposite side of the bracket from Iowa. As it stands now, they win one and then they’re playing Caitlin Clark yet again in the semis.
I just don’t know. It seems pretty unfortunate.
