Well Diabate’s “one trick” is offensive rebounding and putting it back.
Jett has just been bad at everything, and Houstan has become reasonably accurate from three but with literally no other offensive skill (and doesn’t shoot that many for his type)
I’m not shocked Moussa is a better offensive player
Yeah I mean we know now that Moussa is a top 10 offensive rebounder in the game but I don’t think that’s what we anticipated when that cohort left school. And the draft obviously didn’t predict these outcomes either.
Not that it actually matters but sort of a shame that Danny went to a team that’s draft was universally hated so the twitter draft people all have schadenfreude for the situation
Danny played 20 minutes, scored 4 point on 4 free-throws, 2 assists, 6 rebounds, 1 block, and 4 turnovers. He was 0-4 (0-3 on threes). He did pickup the TO on that pass to Timme, evidently, as Timme had 0 turnovers.
Peripherally - why isn’t Jett in summer league? Bufkin is on the Hawks’ roster.
This sequence was awesome and showed everything that makes Wolf such an intriguing player. He just needs to do it with some consistency and limit turnovers (as we know that is easier said than done)
I also think Danny is going to have the same potential limitation that Franz does - his jump shot. He doesn’t need to be a great shooter, but I think he’s going to have to show he can make threes to unlock his potential because I don’t think he’s going to be able to score inside efficiently.
