Michigan Players in the NBA

Lol, yeah I wonder why he chose to play for a top ten program. What a dummy

Cassius Winston will be receiving a flat salary of $449,155 as a 22-year old his first year out of college. A quick google search tells me that is roughly five times more than the median first year income of a Harvard graduate.

Add JT to the list…

When Foster Loyer has twice as many rebounds as anyone else on the team at halftime something is askew. College basketball at it’s best/worst

I would think Duncan will fall into this salary range…

I would think his value far exceeds Luke Kennard.

Thanks, that would be great. I don’t watch the Piston’s but was curious what others thought.

If he was a FA this year, I think he’d only get slightly above that. He’s a restricted FA this upcoming summer, and a lot of team are going to have a lot of cap space, but with George and Giannis signing extensions, it doesn’t look like there will be too many big time FA, which might create bidding wars for the next level of FA which I think Duncan falls in.

Kennard could be a very good player. He’s done really well when healthy. Problem is the health. I’m glad the Pistons moved on, but not because I didn’t like him.

I think that Duncan is invaluable in the Miami Heat system in a way that Luke Kennard will likely never be in the league for any team.

Kennard is also two years younger and averaged 4 assists last year (something I doubt Duncan will ever do), and is a better shot creator off the dribble. I wouldn’t be shocked to see Kennard end up scoring 20 with 5-6 assists at some point in his career, but it likely won’t be on a great team. As a Pistons fan, I enjoyed Kennard but I’m very glad we didn’t extend him at that price point while we tank.

Only time will tell, but I really have a bad feeling Caris is just going to end up being an afterthought playing w Kyrie and KD. I’d like to see him somewhere else Bc I think he could be an all star, not on a team with these guys (barring injuries.)

I will say I hope I’m wrong about that obviously

So far it seems like the rotation is set up to give him a good amount of minutes as the primary ball handler so that’s encouraging at least.

Yep. On the ball the entire second quarter. Was happy to see that
