Did Teske hit a couple of threes? Box score shows 7 FG and 2 FT. To get 18, two of his FG had to be threes.

Would take the detailed stats with a grain of salt, those stats are known to be ‘loose’.
Looks like Teske had a subpar offensive game, but did finish with 6 blocks in a loss vs. undefeated Lorain
Forget about missing couple shots offensively, Michigan commit Jon Teske has been great defensively for Medina. Junior blocks/alters shots!

Full game footage of Teske in a loss vs Lorain. For context, Lorain is a really good team, have a few D1 level athletes in Rashod Berry (OSU football commit) and Devon Andrews (Kent State basketball commit).
Cons - Teske was really flat footed on defense and rebounding. He gave up 5-7 baseline jumpers just standing there. Also had really poor pursuit of the ball when in the air, he simply failed to box anyone out or pursue the ball (seemingly an ongoing theme with our bigs). Still not strong enough, he was notably bodied up by smaller players that went into his chest and he couldn’t maintain his balance to alter shots. Still struggling with verticality
Cons - as already noted a few months back, Teske is a great shot-blocker and runs the floor really well for a big, and is extremely agile for a man that size. What I was really impressed with is Teske’s passing…the kid can really pass the ball with accuracy and quickness. That could really be a weapon for us. Even hit a 3 ball…he’s not going to be a shooter in the same mold as Donnal, but I think he can be a weapon in the pick and pop from 15-17 feet
Some highlights:
36:00 mark - establishes position off the screen for a strong drop step dunk
37:45 mark - throws outlet pass with pinpoint accuracy of Kevin Love…man this was pretty
55:10 mark - hits catch and shoot 3

Same old Matt, all you see are “cons.” j/k
Geez…good catch.
The difference between good coaches and bad ones! Good coaches focus on what can be done…bad ones focus on what can’t! Go Blue!

What exactly does that have to do with Teske? Lol
Saw solid performance from @JonTeske at medina tonight. 28points. #medinabasketball

Teske went for 19pts and 10reb in a loss. Its been a disappointing season for Medina relative to expectations.
New article on Teske from MLive. Sounds like he’s grown and gained a bit of weight since committing.
That 235 lb is a much bigger figure than 7 ft in terms of significance. He’s still got another year of school too, plus a summer of Sanderson before fall practice starts. He could easily have a college ready body when he plays his first game, which is not something I was banking on when he committed
Also love that he came back from a poor performance against Garfield Heights in game 1, then dominated in game 2.
Looks like Teske has found an offensive groove down the stretch
Another big game from @BigJam_23. 32pts 12reb and 3 blks vs Medina and Michigan commit Jon Teske. Most importantly they got the win.

Isn’t that Teske’s opposition? Not Teske himself? Or did I misunderstand?
That is Micah Potter, another 2016 center prospect. Has OSU and WVU on his list.
Geez, big oversight on my behalf. Apologies to the board
Jon Teske led Medina with 15, Zack Meder led Hudson with 7. Medina will most likely move on to play Canton Timken in the District Semi's
