He’s played well when I’ve watched. He still commits to dropping his shoulder in the post too much and seems to be a turnover risk still but overall he’s played well imo and actually looks like he’s played basketball before which is not who we saw last year.
Could we get a game against DDJ and Cincy in the NIT?
What if we had all these guys stills.
Ddj, Bajema, Johns , Castleton , Kobe, Hunter would be pretty spicy actually.
VCU coach said they won because “they got tougher in the second half. Brandon Johns became a man.” I guess he was happy with how Johns played.
I am glad he transferred and had a good senior year. Now he gets to play on.
- I think DDJ starts and is an adequate PG. Probably better than a freshman PG because freshman PG.
- Bajema - (Having not seen him on a basketball court ever other than KenPom time at Michigan) Rips off the mask and is, in fact, Joey Baker.
- Johns - Whew boy. I’d like to say he’s an upgrade over any 4 we had this year, but I thought that would be the case last year and it was not.
- Castleton - Probably the best of the bunch, but could he and Dickinson play together? At least a better 4 than what we had this year even if he didn’t possess the “stretch” part of a stretch 4. (Maybe we could trade him for a real 4 and a draft pick?)
- Jeb - (Not on the list, but he’s going to be in the tourney, so why not.) - Don’t think he sees the floor much with DDJ but maybe Dug gets redshirted (or Dug doesn’t even sign because TOO MANY GUARDS).
now do it for every other school
Zeb is bad
We know Johns is a bad big ten player, I don’t understand we need another 30 games on top of his 120+ to remember this fact
Bajema could probably play off the bench
Castleton - rough fit with Hunter couldn’t play together, hat on a hat. Good player though
DeJulius, probably would have been the best PG if he had been cool sitting for his entire career to this point
Johns had an 8 and 4 today, why is everyone going nuts
Yeah the last thing this team needed this year was Johns. We had enough ineffective 4s and he had 4 years to show himself. Happy he got a better opportunity this year.
They see the 12/5 for the year and think that means he would have done something similar at Michigan. I think there was a path for Johns being better than the current 4 options, but he played below TWill’s level last year. Been made into a Juwan thing some places, which is ridiculous.
I feel like our team this year needed a guy to lift everyone up, when times were tough. I don’t really think that’s in BJJ’s wheelhouse.
Having a guy who could pass and score out of ball screens would have been good. We had 1 that could pass and 1 that could score but that’s not the same.
I guess all we really needed to make the NCAA Tournament was a win vs. CMU and a win in one of our other close games, so he might’ve helped get us there.
Who has the best season next year?
- Isaiah Barnes
- Zeb Jackson
- Gregg Glenn
- Papa Kante

We’re so back
Dangggg, okay big gaurd Gregg Glenn
This Louisville TBT team has four major minutes giys from the 2013 team that beat us - Russ Smith, Peyton Siva, Chane Behanen, and the horrible Luke Hancock
I saw Siva was playing. That’s crazy they have their 3 best players from that team in tbt
TTU has like 4 guys from their team that demolished us also playing in tbt
Is Jarrett Culver playing or has he not fallen that far yet
Gregg being a starter on a quality team in the AAC right away is very interesting
