We may be getting close to a Calipari loss interview saying they lacked experience and were too young, as he proceeds to go recruit more 1-and-dones.
We may also be getting close to ANOTHER 14 seed knocking off a 3 seed big 12 school.
Looks like the team’s volume shooter. We might be looking at him getting his and locking down everyone else.
I feel really really strongly that I’d rather play SDSU.
Davidson would be running away with this if they could just shoot the ball tonight
Some brutal late-game possessions by Davidson there. Ugly game.
Boy Houston sure does foul.
I think first and foremost if M plays Houston is running Grays off the 3 point line. [quote=“Tom48160, post:505, topic:3352, full:true”]

It’s not that SDSU is 0 for 10 from 3, it’s that all these shots look hideous. These aren’t rimming out. They’re no hopers.
I don’t really understand how SFA is a 14. Why, exactly, are they a 14?
Rough to get them as a 3, and with SFA an in state school…
SDSU reminds me of our Fisher teams. A lot of raw talent but looking disorganized. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by Beilein and this is how most teams are.
They don’t really grade out that well in KenPom and only have one top 150 KP win (LSU)
Add Texas Tech to that group…fundamentally unsound basketball. Completely out of control with no structure…who ever has the ball goes to the rack!
What the heck! Why is this Houston SDSU game going so late?!?!
I figured as much, do you have any feeling that an eye test should elevate them a line or two? They have a lot of guys who can go.
Because Houston has like 5000 fouls?
Thanks just started watching. Looks like that guy with the bun is their best player. Just need to tell X there’s no way he [X] can guard him and we should be fine.
This.
Fouls plus balls going out of bounds left and right make for a loooong game. SDSU should never be within striking distance in this game. Houston should feel ashamed. Gray needs some help, as SDSU is doing a better job of keeping the ball out of his hands in the last few minutes.
Rob Gray is a freaking beast. He’s showing himself to be barely human these last few minutes but just barely.
My dream scenario if we play them is we foul everyone out and they end up having to play the waterboy.
I don’t know if Gray can’t just shoot over Z. May need to be MAAR and friends.
@Tom48160, I don’t know, I’m rooting so hard for SDSU, but it feels like I’m trying to make fetch happen or something.
I wouldn’t mind MAAR or even CM taking some turns at that assignment. No one else concerns me on offense.
