College Basketball 2022-23 Discussion

Weird story. He announced his retirement months ago right? ND is absolutely awful this year do they even still want him back?

I think maybe what is happening is that Brey is leaving ND, not leaving the profession.

I don’t want him to leave OSU. I want him to drive that program off a cliff and into the bottom of a volcano.

Four more years!

Honestly I was fine with Holtmann’s level of success before this year - win 20 games every year but no championships and never get past the first weekend. It was the perfect recipe for a long, uneventful tenure. My concern is that they might find another Matta.

Exactly what I don’t want to happen as well. I’m really enjoying the path they’re on right now!

About an hour ago, I saw some Miami player score a bucket and then chest-bump Bacot and not get a T.

Illinois fans immediately demand Alsace and Lorraine.

A shocking twist

Well, if Alsace can be a 3 and D wing I’m sure the Illini fans will be happy with the trade. I understand, however, that Lorraine will certainly redshirt if he comes over.

There’s termination for “no cause”, “cause”, and now, for perhaps the first time, “OMG so much cause.”

Alsatians are best thought of as rim protectors really

There must be a lot of smoke because that happened rather quickly.

OK, nevermind. I just read Dana O’Neil’s article in The Athletic and how he was even still employed after the first incident is a great question. The fact that a second unfathomable incident could happen on his watch is ample cause for firing.

Underrated comment.
