Loved Harris their PG as well. Consistently kept his dribble alive, went into the paint and was able to kick it out to shooters. They didnā€™t shoot it well but they got many wide open shots.

Why is Sparty unranked?? It makes no sense after last nightā€™s victory over Kentucky, and it didnā€™t make sense pre-season either. Sissoko is a beast, and their core from last year has improved considerably. Izzo always brings it.

Probably because they werenā€™t very good last season and didnā€™t really make many roster upgrades. Also, there was no reason to believe that Sissoko was going to play this well early on.

Just saw that EMU-Bradley box score. Not great. Emoni was good again but instead of 27 FTAs they got 9 and they somehow played worse 2pt D. Thought they could at least be the ~200th best team in the country w Emoni and Farrakhan. Rest of those guys ainā€™t much but Farrakhan was pretty terrible against Bradley.

Blech. Rough sign when Emoni is doing his thing and you still get bulldozed by Bradley.

Said this on the pod, but I donā€™t really see them being good enough to compete in the MAC. They are a very bad defensive team even if Emoni gives you 20 per night. Michigan scored 1.10 PPP while missing 15 FTA and going 5-of-21 from three. Tough to do.

EMU also almost upset Indiana last year to start the year and then ā€¦ wasnā€™t very good.
