Looking forward to Tom Izzo winning the title in two years with 6 transfers and citing the presence of Steven Izzo as proof you can win without transfers. Also, in my mind, Steven Izzo will be a walkon at MSU until hes like 48.

I think its more-so that they didn’t need NIL incentives to get the transfers, and those transfers didn’t have to be ranked in the top 10 of every site’s transfer rankings.
My counterpoint would be…San Diego, CA helps.

Yeah, the anecdotal ‘I succeeded, so everyone can’ is logically suspect, IMO. But the notion, OTOH, that you don’t have to spend bazillions to put together a team, that there’s a certain hope that all is not completely bonkers. . . I’d hope that’s true.
