Sounds like a blessing in disguise if you ask me. USF is pitiful in hoops (and football).
I think Goodmanās swipe was less about Michigan than just being low hanging fruit to bonk the worst guy in all of sports discourse over the head with.
Not sure about that, tbh.
I donāt think Cooley would be among the first thousand coaches who recruited for their next job before officially starting it
If one does not like Goodman, then one may smile and enjoy thinking about how much he must regret grovelling to Juwan right before Michigan became a ~.500 team the past few seasons.
I am just saying that I donāt think Goodman and Juwan like each other much.
I was just providing general advice and wisdom to those who partake. Edited accordingly.
Maybe, but Jeff is an enormous suck up to almost every single coach, so I doubt heās risking taking a shot like that for most programs.
So much for getting tired of each other
The Goodman Juwan beef is real
I am watching the WBC
more like a low-skilled worker; a serf
Hopefully the new coach wonāt stumble upon the contract that says Michigan owes them a road game.
How many people would we have had for a hypothetical game against UAB this week?
Drew 4500 for Toledo on 36 hours of notice. I imagine that a round 3 game would be close to 50% more than that with a bit of momentum and a bit more notice? Maybe 7-8k?
Well short of Wisconsin, IMO, though which drew over 10k over the weekend.
Feel like you get up around 5-6k and no one cares but 3k is like no one.
Rutgers got 5,000 for their NIT game, I assume weād have sold out this round (8,000) if weād made it. 3,000 is rough but I donāt know how many people are ordinarily going to Oregon games. Doesnāt seem like any Pac-12 team has much of an atmosphere these days.
Yeah, one of the replies of the tweet said Wisconsin got more at their NIT game than any Oregon home game. Tool lazy to look that up but under 10k for the whole year makes me think this is something that has been building.
