Big Ten Basketball 2022-23 Discussion

That bottom one is cursed

And it is the most likely outcome.

Better hope we either win or hope maryland wins.

To be optimistic it may be the most likely individual result but would still require essentially hitting a 7 game parlay which is very unlikely. Swapping a result from any game over the weekend spits out a different bracket than that one.

If we win, that bracket won’t happen. I’m not seeing the other game that changes it.

The one that does requires maryland to win @ penn state.

I’m getting that exact bracket when I enter in all favorites winning (MSU, Wisc, Purdue, IU, Iowa) and Rutgers > NW and PSU > Maryland.

Changing literally any of those games spits out a different bracket for me. Whether it’s a different seed for Michigan or just not having to play MSU on Friday. I tested every one

Which game is gonna change it though?

The realistic options are maryland beating penn state and northwestern beating rutgers.

msu is a big favorite and will beat ohio state easily.

wisconsin gonna lose to minnesota?

purdue a big favorite over illinois.

iowa is not gonna lose to nebraska.

I mean it goes back to my original point. It’s very unlikely all of those games hit in that exact way regardless how big of favorites they are individually. Using kenpom win probabilities that exact scenario has a 7.4% chance of hitting

Gotcha. Hoping that plays out like you say.

To make the Sweet 16 requires winS.

Not sure what they are arguing.

Why is there so much talk about Bufkin going pro but not Akins???

Izzo explodes like a maniac as MSU calls timeout. He is the living embodiment of the angry elf.

MSU shooting 60% from 3 again. Very nervous about them making a big time tournament run

OSU has left guys open consistently so far. It’s been a clinic on how to play poor defense.

But yeah, I hear ya.
