Good Izzo moment there…MSU has two good possessions and takes the lead forcing a Purdue TO. Is Izzo excited? Is he congratulating his team? No…he’s screaming at one of his players saying “why would you do that??”

Literally just play transition defense and don’t turn the ball over and MSU just becomes an IM team out there.

Like Purdue gets handed a free turnover, doesn’t grab it, and then Hauser hits an uncontested shot from NBA range. These guys do not compete defensively at all.
Yeah, I have a feeling Purdue is going to have an off shooting night and go out in the round of 32. They just don’t defend like a Final Four team.

This game reminds me way too much of our game in EL. Hope that doesn’t continue.
I mean, it’s really hard to win on the road when the home team shoots 60% from three. I just think people are so quick to say that “made shots” are because of “effort and energy”.
As I said before the game… this was a pretty obvious spot.
Yeah, maybe Purdue should start playing D. 
I look at Purdue’s line-up and think they should be top 5 in the country. But they play so awful so often, I need to be jumping off that ship.
They’ve won 9 of their last 10 games, FWIW.

That changes nothing. And you can’t win when your point guard has zero assists and 6 TOs.
It’s also hard to win with all offense/no defense without making threes mathematically.
I predict this game will be tied again at some point.
