Rocket Watts reminds me of Jordan Poole

Familiar formula of missing wide open 3s.

In fairness to BQ, and a comment made during Dylan’s AMA, Rocket Watts really is “a dude”

Floor slap auto-score – thanks, Sparty.

Down to 3 at the under 12

I dont hate Wisconsin playing the 2 bigs since both can shoot, but they gotta do a better job of identifying whoever Tillman isn’t guarding and posting up that guy.

We can’t stop Winston

I mean Xavier Tillman is blowing wide open layup after wide open layup and that guy has punked Jon Teske for a year and half. Literally three straight missed layups/dunks. It makes no sense

3 straight misses at the rim. SMDH. And 2-11 for the game.

Idk if there’s a better validation of Tillman’s elite defense than the fact that MSU has the best D in the conference despite Hall, Watts, Kithier, Bingham, and Winston (tho I think he’s come a long way since his sophomore year) getting major minutes.

Really thought B1G defensive bigs would go something like
1A Tillman
1B Teske

2 Haarms
3 Watkins/Reuvers (might be forgetting someone)

Teske’s regression on defense is so baffling

Against Michigan, Tillman will make every single one of those bunnies he’s missed today.

This game is basically irrelevant to their game against us since you know Tillman won’t miss those against us. Although I’m sure Rocket will stay hot.

Looks like Wisconsin will hold on despite going completely cold in the second half (19 points thus far) and missing free throws.

Nothing matters until we do something about controlling Winston. He dominates us.

Well, I guess you’d call this sort of a big win if you’re a Badger fan.

I swear, when teams play us they always bring their best. I was watching Garza the other night against Maryland and he didn’t go beast mode like he did to us. Only had 21 pts and 4 boards.

Nice two step side step 3 by Winston. They must have changed to rule on that since waving off X’s.

Maybe because Smith played better D than Teske, plus often running a second player at him.

Eh I don’t think what Winston did was a travel. I do find it really funny that he hit back-to-back threes make it a one-point loss.

Guess you could say they were defeated with dignity
