Nico Mannion is a fun player to watch. Thought Illinois played well in the first half… right there in the game.

Ayo had a great three possession stretch but he needs to figure out how to consistently impact the game in the half court too. Kind of disappears from games. You want to see more of him all the time if he’s going to be a first rounder.

Illinois’ starting guards (Feliz, Frazier and Ayo) turned it over 14 times combined and Illinois gave the ball away on 28% of possessions. That’s… an issue.

I think it is 4 or 5 surefire bids and then a handful of teams with a chance and you figure a couple of them make it but wouldn’t want to guess which one.
